This is a starter call so we can both see if we are a good fit.

I will ask you some questions about your business and its HubSpot usage to try to find any missing opportunities or better ways of using the software. At the end of the call you should be able to see if there may be gaps or any room for improvement in your HubSpot usage and the strategy behind it.

What this free call is not:

• A planning session
• A formal recommendation for new configurations, softwares, apps or tools
• A call to sell you any other software or upgrades
• A way of me collecting your data to send you spam.

In order to get the most out of this call, some preparation is suggested:

In this call we will talk about your tech stack in general and why you are using it. It's important to understand what are the softwares, general strategy and some tactics your business is using with the technology you have. If possible, please have these informations at hand before our call:

• Why are your scheduling this call?
• Name of any Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, CRM/database, ads platforms, reporting tools and any automation softwares you are using.
• Which teams are using these softwares?
• Did you already identified any problems or challenges using these softwares?
• Do you know if these softwares objectively help your business bring new deals/leads and retain the ones you already have?
• Do you feel that using HubSpot adds value to your business? And do you know if it adds value?
